Two stores in the Chinatown section of Flushing, Queens, New York have agreed to hand over to Apple a raft of counterfeit merchandise, promotional materials, records pertaining to the procurement of the counterfeit Apple products and change the name of one of the stores to prevent consumer confusion. The resolution settles a lawsuit filed in July that saw the iPhone maker accuse the two stores of selling unauthorized accessories for iOS devices....
